At Glowstate, we want you to shop with confidence. This Refund Policy explains your rights when purchasing products from our website and how refunds are processed.

Nothing in this policy affects your statutory rights under the consumer protection laws of England and Wales.


1. Your Right to Cancel

If you change your mind about your purchase, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving your goods under the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.

To exercise your right to cancel, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by emailing:

Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.


2. Products That Cannot Be Returned

For hygiene and consumer safety reasons, we cannot accept returns of products that have been:

  • Opened.

  • Used.

  • Had their safety seal broken.

  • Damaged after delivery (unless the damage is due to a manufacturing fault).

This does not affect your rights if the product is faulty, damaged on arrival or not as described.


3. Return Conditions

To qualify for a refund where a return is accepted, products must:

  • Be unopened.

  • Be unused.

  • Remain in their original packaging.

  • Be suitable for resale.

We reserve the right to reduce or refuse a refund where returned goods have been handled beyond what is necessary to establish their nature, characteristics or condition.


4. Faulty, Damaged or Incorrect Products

If your order arrives:

  • Faulty,

  • Damaged during delivery, or

  • Incorrect,

please contact us as soon as reasonably possible at:

To help us resolve the issue quickly, please include:

  • Your order number.

  • A description of the problem.

  • Clear photographs showing the issue where applicable.

Depending on the circumstances, we may offer:

  • A replacement.

  • A refund.

  • Another appropriate remedy in accordance with your statutory rights.

Where the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged or not as described, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.


5. Return Shipping Costs

If you are returning goods because you have changed your mind:

  • You are responsible for the cost of returning the goods.

  • Original delivery charges are non-refundable unless required by law.

If the return is due to a faulty, damaged or incorrect product, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.


6. Refund Processing

Once your returned goods have been received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome.

If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method.

Please allow up to 10 business days for your payment provider to process the refund after it has been issued.


7. Subscription Orders

If you have purchased a subscription:

  • Future subscription payments may be cancelled at any time before your next billing date.

  • Cancellation prevents future orders from being charged.

  • Subscription orders that have already been processed or dispatched cannot be cancelled and remain subject to this Refund Policy.


8. Refused Deliveries

If an order is refused or returned because:

  • an incorrect delivery address was provided,

  • delivery could not be completed,

  • the parcel was not collected,

  • or delivery was otherwise unsuccessful due to customer action,

any refund issued will exclude the original shipping costs and any return-to-sender charges incurred by Glowstate where permitted by law.
