Delivery times are estimates only and are not guaranteed.
We are not responsible for delays caused by:

Incorrect delivery information supplied by the customer.
Risk in the goods passes to you once the goods have been delivered into your physical possession, or that of a person nominated by you to receive them.
7. Returns & Refunds
Your statutory rights are not affected.
Due to the nature of food supplements and hygiene products:

Opened, broken seal or used products cannot be returned unless they are faulty, damaged or not as described.

Unopened products may be returned under your statutory cancellation rights.
If you wish to cancel your order under the Consumer Contracts Regulations, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving your order. Once you have notified us, you have a further 14 days to return the goods.
Returned products must:

Be in their original packaging.

Be suitable for resale.
Refunds will be processed after the returned goods have been received and inspected.
Original and return delivery charges are non-refundable.
If the goods are faulty, damaged or not as described, we will reimburse reasonable return postage costs.

8. Subscriptions (If Applicable)
If you purchase a subscription product:
